Spectre Editor – Editing Materials

This week so far, I went ahead and added the basic material editor system into place.  So that means its time for our second development video!  Its far from finished, but you can see how its slowly taking form.  We also fixed up the rotation system for objects, and adjusted the camera’s pivot to reflect the currently selected objects.  Most of the work was behind the scenes but there is some fun new things to see.  Adding features or upgrading MonoGame / WPF Extended Toolkit without breaking everything is always tricky, and often times I have to spend days every time something changes in those third party libraries.  But its worth having everything up to date!
